Judy Tobey is a fused-glass, kiln-formed artist whose work is deeply influenced by the fluid rhythms of nature and the shimmering magic of the sea. Each piece is a radiant fusion of texture, color, and light—crafted with intention and infused with energy.
Her lifelong immersion in the world of art began with her father, a world-class Fine Artist. “Art is inextricably interwoven with who I am,” Judy shares. This creative foundation, enriched by decades of deep inner work and creative exploration, brings both aesthetic beauty and soulful resonance to her pieces.
While glass remains her primary medium, Judy also explores painting and other mixed-media forms—inviting new expressions to emerge in rhythm with her evolving creative flow.
She works across a wide range of techniques—from layered wall panels and sculptural forms to functional vessels—often using multi-stage firings to create unexpected depth, elevation, and texture.
Each piece is a one-of-a-kind visual medicine: a moment of stillness, a spark of delight, or a portal into something deeper..
