​​Is each order handmade?

Yes. All work on this website is handmade by the artist. Because every piece is handcrafted, colors and patterns may vary slightly. No two creations will ever be exactly the same.

Can I request a custom piece?

Yes! Judy loves working with clients to create the perfect gift or centerpiece for any special occasion.  ​

Are any works refundable?​

Custom orders are not returnable. For all other items, a return must be requested within15 days of delivery. Contact Judy for details. Shipping and handling is the responsibility of the customer.

Can an order be cancelled? 

Cancellations will be honored if the cancellation is made prior to the packaging of any item currently for sale or the initiation of custom orders. All cancellations should be made by phone or email directly to Judy.

When can I expect to receive my order? 

After placing your order, you will receive an email indicating when to expect your artwork, typically within two to three weeks. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification that includes package tracking information. Please reach out to Judy for more specific timelines regarding your order.
